| 09-00281 | | | | NC, Cary - ABB 12040 Regency Pkwy - BU9919 | | | | Regular | | | | Full-Time | | | | Marketing | | | | None Specified | | | | Corporate | | | | ABB, Inc. | | | | $80,000 - $85,000 plus bonus | | | The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the development and implementation of a web marketing strategy that positions ABB as a leader in energy management and drive results through the use of on-line marketing tools. The focus will be on profitably driving brand awareness and high volume traffic to increase on-line customer base and activity. This position leads and manages the development, expansion and continuous improvement of the ABB’s US, Canada and Mexico websites. This includes product creation for this channel, promotions, site navigation, functionality, and exploration of expanding usage such as online help, community blogs, community partnerships, social media, video usage and other dynamic content. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Web Strategy and Implementation • Translates marketing and marketing communications strategies into efficient and effective marketing strategies. • Consistently monitors the marketplace (utilizing internal and external resources) to understand target audience and web marketing trends; applies that knowledge to recommend evolutions in the web marketing strategies. • Work with the marketing communications team to ensure effective web creative efforts. • Ensures compliance to Group standards for country Websites. 2. Web Programs • Creates, implements and oversees web marketing programs that effectively communicates and promotes ABB’s vision and products via websites, email marketing, sales materials and promotional programs. • Additionally, creates and manages important marketing assets such as lead generation activities, product data sheets, customer testimonials, newsletters, speaking events, white papers and market research. • Analyzes web site activity, through performance indicators, and collects information to further refine knowledge of our customers and their behavior. 3.
