As the Business Manager within our Critical Environments team, your primary objective will be to ensure the financial management of contracted operations is executed and communicated to ensure client satisfaction and company profitability. You will manage accounting policies and budgets, establish procedures and priorities to implement and maintain approved financial plans, as well as oversee and manage all third party vendor scopes of work. Additionally, you will serve as the project expert in Computer Guidance Corporation (CGC) Construction Management Systems (CMS) accounting software providing support to staff and other employees as needed (including: configurations, system generated reports, and reconciling procedures for the modules).

Qualified applicants will have strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of project level finances and an analytical mindset. Prior experience in vendor management and construction software systems is preferred. A four year degree in business, finance or accounting or equivalent work experience is preferred. This position requires at least ten years experience in data centers or the facility management industry. Occasional travel is required.
