Basic Qualifications: Must have experience in the use of SAP Personnel Administration and/or Organization Management modules. Core Competencies: - Typically possesses two or more years experience analyzing personnel, payroll, and/or systems related data. - Demonstrated experience gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources and systems. - Demonstrated experience performing complex calculations utilizing Microsoft Excel. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize a changing workload with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy. - Must demonstrate the ability to integrate work across relevant areas, develop the business and services to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity, manage risks and safety appropriately, manage information, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers. - Must demonstrate effective decision making, results delivery, team building, and willingness to stay current with relevant technology and innovation. - Must demonstrate strong ethics, interpersonal skills, communication, and the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning. Typical Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and correcting employee job and position data, and calculating service years and vacation accruals based on established company policies, rules, and Labor Agreements. The Analyst will partner with Human Resources, Corporate Payroll and Payroll Location Support (PLS), Labor Relations, and Information Technology to generate detailed reports, maintain data accuracy, improve reliability and integrity of data, and determine proper application of benefit policies and pay practices. This individual will perform calculations and generate reports using SAP Personnel Administration and Organization Management, as well as Microsoft Excel The successful candidate will consider a broad range of relationships between data, internal and external systems, policies, and business processes in order to make decisions and recommendations. This position will also conduct formal and informal training sessions regarding data management requirements and processes. The successful candidate will also perform other duties as assigned.
