Position: Analyst 2, Applications Development (OES: Computer Software Engineers, Applications)
Location: Baltimore, MD

Duties: Utilize skills and experience in ASP.NET, C#, Oracle PL/SQL, T-SQL and DTS package design and development to design, develop, deploy and maintain computer hardware and operating systems applications. Work closely with internal clients and other team members to gather information and analyze business processes and information systems. Develop practical, workable, cost-effective solutions to business problems to satisfy client requirements. Assist in project planning, scheduling and implementation. Analyze and review system resources. Conduct business analysis to redefine data and convert it to a programmable form of electronic processing. Perform various types of tests including performance, stress, volume and compatibility. Code assigned modules. Participate in team meetings and provide detailed progress reports to management. Requirements: Bachelor¿s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field plus 3 years of experience reflecting demonstrable ability in the skill set described above.
